Mandatory registration in cleaning
From September 1, 2024, we are obliged to use a new system for cleaning companies: the start-stop system. This system not only helps us to organize everything more efficiently, but also to manage our tasks even better. Here you can read how it works:
Start: before you start cleaning, turn on the system. This gives us a sig2nal that you have started and lets us know that you are working on your tasks. Checking in with your cleaning company helps keep accurate records of employee hours worked. Checkinatwork is important for correctly recording workers at temporary work sites.
Stop: as soon as you finish a task or you take a break, turn off the system. This ensures that we know exactly where you are and what has already been done.
The reason why this is important:
Efficiency: we can track exactly how long each task takes and where additional help may be needed.

From now on, threshold requirements will be taken into account before Checkinatwork becomes applicable.
No contractors: the threshold amount for mandatory registrations is €30,000.
One subcontractor: the threshold amount for mandatory registrations is €5,000.
Two or more subcontractors: there is no threshold amount for mandatory registrations.
